Condensed milk

Ingredients:

125 gr. water

230 gr. sugar

180gr. powder milk

Heat the water for 3 minutes, Varoma temperature and speed 3.
Add sugar and powder milk and programme the thermomix for 3 minutes, Varoma adn speed 5.

Ready! let it cool and it will became thicker.

Condensed milk can be use to make different cakes and mousses (cheese cake, lemon mousse, etc), also a spoon of it with coffee is a great combination.
